While booking they ask for advance payment of 1000rs. But if road is blocked/bridge washed away due to Heavy Rains..then they dont refund money and expect u to take Detour of 80Km/4 extra hours driving in mountains or all they care take a Helicopter to reach their location but if u cant reach they won't refund the money.
So be wise while booking.
Rather Stay in Mandi and avoid this place between June to September (due to Heavy rains) and December to February (Due to snow).

Clean and comfortable rooms with very good service. Chotte bachee ke saath we have taken a lot of room service. The food was awesome, Sare family ne alag alag dishes enjoy kare. We had Noodles, Soup, Pizza, Pahadi dish, Shakes, Prantha, Palak Panner & Pakoras. All Ingredients were from their farm. The food was completely organic. As it is farm-fresh food, it really tastes authentic. The resort is within the Apple and Cherry Orchads, so it is full of chirping birds, flowers, bees, and trees. The best thing about the location is that it is completely covered with dense pine forest from all sides and there is absolutely no city noise around. We had an itinerary for 2 nights and trips to nearby places but we end up in 3 nights just relaxing in this resort only. This was one of the best and most satisfying trips with my complete family of 4 adults and 4-year-old twins.
I'll definitely revisit this resort and I highly recommend it to people who are looking to relax in the holidays.

A beautiful resort in the midst of conifers surrounded by the majestic Himalayan ranges. A perfect place for a relaxed holiday for family, group and solo guests. Its only 9kms before Prashar Lake. Highly recomemnded.

This was a great place to stay, with wonderful views and quiet surroundings. The rooms are new and very well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly. Food was tasty too.
